MUSCLEBEACH - We’re going to pump you up! This physique training class combines old school weightlifting and body weight exercises with upbeat music. Build and strengthen your chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps and abs. Exercises and upper body sets are maximized for muscle gain and development to get you strong and overall pumped for the weekend. This 60-minute class is scalable for all strength levels and incorporates programmed work and rest. No equipment needed, however the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, bands or heavy items is encouraged.
