The MENyasa I sequence is a mindful strengthening flow available to men of all levels, especially beginners. Learn any necessary modifications to open your entire body at a manageable pace, accompanied by meditative music. Typical MENyasa I postures may include a range of standing, seated and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, back bends, optional partner poses and assists, and targeted core strengthening to stretch and power up your body. The practice of foundational postures (asanas) rinses out the body and builds physical strength and endurance required to spend longer periods of time in meditation.
