FITMEN is a total body strength & conditioning class that focuses on varied compound and functional movements which are executed at higher intensity. Classes consist of a warm up and mobility section followed by sets of primary strength exercises and a fun motivation workout with upbeat music. A great add-on to your lifting routine, FitMen incorporates bodyweight and optional dumbbell exercises to improve conditioning and cardiovascular endurance without breaking the body down. FitMen programming is an upper/lower split and allows men of varied skill and strength to complete the same program. Perfect for beginners at the start of their fitness journey, individuals returning to fitness after a break, or those looking for balanced full body workouts throughout the week. FitMen online programming alters the rep and set schemes in order to get the most out of in-home training with the limited equipment available. You will never be asked to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. No equipment needed, however the use of dumbbells, kettlebells or weighted items is encouraged.
