BOOTYCAMP leg-day class is an hour of core and booty-building with upbeat music! Steady-paced workouts combine intense ab and glute isolation exercises to strengthen and tone these very important (and good looking) muscles. No-equipment moves like double crunches, lunges and hip thrusts will have your entire lower body and core built in no time, while increasing overall metabolism and hypertrophy. This class is scalable for all strength levels and incorporates programmed work and rest. No equipment needed, however the use of mini bands, dumbbells and kettlebells is encouraged. Come isolate your booty and abs with us every week… Bottoms up!
